Prepare for the job
that is actually hiring.

Most interview preparation is written from memory and opinion. Lakshya is built from 14,011 live job postings read end to end — so what you study is what the market is currently asking for, not what it asked for two years ago.

Why this exists

You are probably preparing for the wrong tenth of the market.

THE AI JOB MARKET, BY WHAT POSTINGS ACTUALLY ASK FOR APPLIED — agents, evals, customers ~60% of postings FRONTIER ~10% everything else where almost all preparation goes PyTorch · distributed training · papers Lakshya exists to move your preparation left. Same effort, aimed at the band that is six times larger and pays comparably.
Reading the full text of 592 US job descriptions produces a ranking that is hard to reconcile with how people study. The three most-named things are agents and tool use (64%), evaluation (59%) and working directly with customers (58%). PyTorch appears in 11%, a PhD in 11%, RLHF in 4%.

That is the finding Lakshya is built around, and the same shape turned up in the platform family: what a field talks about loudest is not what it hires for. Preparation aimed at the visible band is preparation aimed at the small one.

What you get from this

A specific answer to which job you are interviewing for, what its loop looks like stage by stage, which round decides it, and what to do in the three weeks before. Plus the handbook — the skills every one of these roles shares, which is where preparation actually compounds.

How it works

Locate, learn, rehearse

STEP 1LocateWhich of 14 archetypes isactually hiring you?STEP 2LearnThe spine all 14 share,in seven chapters.STEP 3RehearseAnswer out loud, thencheck yourself. Every claim traces to a live job posting. No opinions about what the market wants — the postings are the source. Speaking practice with voice input and read-back is on the roadmap.
Three surfaces, used in order. Most people can skip straight to the handbook if they already know their target role — the seven chapters apply to all fourteen archetypes and to the families still being mapped.

Also on the roadmap: spoken practice — answer a question with your voice and have the model read the strong answer back, so the rehearsal drills in the handbook can be done properly rather than in your head.
